Cancellation Policy
Please note that changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order may already be in processing. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items returned in their original packaging. However, we do not provide refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse. If you return an unapproved item without a valid reason or outside the 30-day window, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
To initiate a return, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team must approve all returns before you send the product back. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Include your order number and shipping name on the return package to ensure prompt processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days to inspect the items. Once we confirm the items are in good condition, it may take up to 40 business days from the confirmation date for the refund to be processed. If you have not received your refund after we confirm processing and successful reimbursement, please contact your financial institution.
We do not provide refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse.
All refunds are processed in US dollars (USD) based on the original purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any costs related to foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.
Product Issues

Follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines provided with your product and all available resources on our website. Failure to comply may result in damage or injury, for which we cannot be held responsible, and any refunds or replacements are at our discretion. Damaged Items
We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage during shipping, such as dents in boxes, etc., where the product is in good condition, is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not provide refunds or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other factors and issues that may arise during shipping. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
